How can we help?
The basics of getting Atlas set up, common questions, and what to do when something doesn't sync. If your question isn't covered here, the contact page is the fastest path.
Getting started
How do I sign up?+
Atlas is currently invite-only. If you've been added to the allowlist, sign in with Google and you'll land on your dashboard. If you haven't, reach out via the contact page and we'll see what we can do.
What does Atlas need access to?+
Atlas connects to the apps you already use — Apple Health, Monarch Money, GHIN, TrackMan, Rapsodo, BTWB, PADI — via official APIs or your stored credentials. Each integration has its own connect screen under Settings → Integrations.
Where is my data stored?+
All data is stored in a Neon Postgres database, scoped per-user. Atlas is hosted on Vercel. Credentials for third-party integrations are stored encrypted at rest and never leave the server.
Integrations
An integration shows ‘Sync error' — what should I do?+
Open the integration's detail page from Settings → Integrations. The error is usually credentials expiring; reconnect there. If reconnecting doesn't help, the contact page is your best path.
How often do integrations sync?+
Each integration runs once per day at noon UTC via Vercel cron. You can also kick off a manual sync from the integration detail page.
Will I lose manual edits when a sync re-runs?+
No. Atlas is careful about excluding user-editable columns (notes, tags, manual coordinates) from sync upserts. Your edits stick.
Life Score and Action Plan
How is the Life Score calculated?+
Composite ← average of area scores ← average of sub-area scores ← weighted mean of signal metrics. Each signal compares your current value against a target or healthy band and maps to 0–100.
What is the Action Plan?+
The Action Plan is an AI-generated list of prioritized, specific actions to close your biggest Life Score gaps. It's generated on demand from your current data using Claude. Hit Regenerate any time you want a fresh plan.
Can I track something Atlas doesn't sync?+
Yes. Create a user-defined metric on the Metrics page — anything numeric works (mood, books finished, drinks per week, …). Values show up in your metrics list and feed into the Life Score once you log them.
iOS app
How do I install the iOS app?+
The iOS app is currently in TestFlight. Reach out via the contact page for an invite link.
Is there an Android app?+
Not yet. Web works on mobile browsers, and the API is open if you'd like to build a client.
