About
Why Atlas exists
The data about your life already exists. Apple Health knows how you slept. Your bank knows what you spent. GHIN knows what you shot last weekend. Your reading app knows what you finished last month.
The problem isn't tracking. It's that none of it talks to each other, and none of it answers the only question that matters: am I doing better than last year?
Atlas is a personal life dashboard that pulls every thread into one surface. Five MECE areas — Health, Wealth, Relationships, Growth, Lifestyle — with sub-areas underneath, all populated automatically from the apps you already use.
On top of that we layer goals that resolve themselves against live metrics, a Life Score that's actually backed by data, and a long-running view of your life that no point-app can give you.
Atlas is built by one person, for personal use first. The opinionation is the feature: there's a single right way to model your life inside it, and we're not afraid of being wrong about it. If you want a configurable spreadsheet, you already have one. Atlas is the opposite of that.
