Goals that resolve themselves
The thing that kills most goal-tracking systems is friction. You set a goal. You check in twice. You stop checking in. The goal sits there forever, half-stale, until you delete it from embarrassment.
Atlas goals don't have that problem because they don't need check-ins. Every goal is anchored to a metric — body weight, net worth, miles run, books finished — and the metric is updated automatically by the integrations.
You set the target. Atlas computes pace against deadline automatically. ‘Ahead' / ‘On pace' / ‘Behind' shows up next to the goal without you ever opening the app, and the iOS push notifications flag a goal slipping before it falls off completely.
